Blumont Pakistan (SMC-Private) Ltd
Premier DLC is engaged with Blumont Pakistan for their project “Hiring of a Training Firm for Capacity building (Training of District & Tehsil Education Officers) in Sindh Community Mobilisation Program (CMP) targeted districts”. This project is aimed to enhance the training capacity of the 103 District Education Officers (DEOs) and 97 Head Teachers in 8 districts of Sindh (i.e. Dadu, Kashmore, Jacobabad, Larkana, Kambar Shahdadkot, Sukkur, Khairpur & Karachi). This training work is focused on increasing communities support for their schools, improve schools coordination and connectivity, establish School Management Committees (SMCs) or reactive SMCs, increasing enrolment in schools especially in context of girls, retention strategies, decreasing drop outs, orientation of Education Management Organization (EMOs), gender, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Water & Sanitation (WATSAN). In addition to this, a comprehensive Community Engagement Strategy policy document was developed and approved by USAID and Sindh Government for implementation.
